Please check that the size of plate is the size you want. L=large, M=medium, S=small. Measurements are also given in the listings.
While I don’t accept returns, I will do exchanges or give store credit as needed. All exchange shipping will be at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your items arrived damaged they are fully insured. I will refund or replace. However I will need you to help by sending photographs and keeping the packaging until the claim is settled.
